Do I need to message with someone to view your product catalog? Can I just search your website?

The whole concept of Convercart is to eliminate the time suck of searching thousands of products. Because of this, we have intentionally removed the option to search or navigate the website for additional products. Let your Convercart Representative do the searching for you - it's what they are here for!

Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

No, it is not required. Guest checkouts are available. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • - changing or canceling the order
  • - using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Which shipping providers do you use?

We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) and Freight providers for large items to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will messaged to you in your most recent conversation. It will also be included in your "My Account" section.

How long will it take to receive my furniture?

All orders are shipped 1-3 business days from the time the order has been placed. From there, it should take an additional 1-7 business days to reach your shipping address. Plan for 4-10 business days for total time between order placed and arrival time.

I don't like the recommendations provided from my Convercart Representative. Can I get a new rep?

Certainly! We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are not happy with your current Representative, simply ask to be transferred. No hard feelings.

Do you have a Price Match Guarantee?

Yes. We love our manufacturers and strive to provide the lowest and most competitive prices based on our manufacturers minimally advertised prices (MAP prices). Occasionally, other retailers may not adhere to those policies. If you find the same product cheaper at another major retailer, please let your rep know and we will try our best to match the product price. Please note that some items may be excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.

Do you accept orders from all 50 US states?

Currently, we only ship to the 48 continental states. We plan to expand our operation very soon.
