For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will messaged to you in your most recent conversation. You can also find order details in your profile, under the "My Account" section.

  3. Do you have rush delivery options available?

    Expedited shipping may be available for specific items at an added cost. Please speak with your Convercart representative to ask for more information.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • All orders are shipped 1-3 business days from the time the order has been placed.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • Typical shipping time ranges from 4-10 business days
  • If available, we will provide tracking information as soon as your item has shipped.
